1. How long is the session?
A coaching & counselling sessions are typically 60 minutes long. When therapy is involved, it might take 90 mins. However, we can take a break at any point if we feel it is difficult to continue & book a session at a later point of time.
2. How can I book a session?
There are multiple ways to book sessions! You could press the 'Book an Appointment' button and get in touch. For an easier approach, you could always drop us a message on either WhatsApp or even send an email.
3. Is my information safe with you?
Yes. All the discussions are highly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else unless there is a threat to self or others. Occasionally, technical details of the case may be discussed with the supervisor to help you better.
4. I’m overwhelmed by coming for session alone. Can I bring a friend/family member?
Yes, your family member/friend can accompany you though we prefer to talk to you in person first and later to a family member/friend. You can also book an online session to feel the comfort of your home.
5. Can we talk even when my session is over?
Yes. Your coach/counsellor is available to help you with any crisis you face when you’re away from them. Due to professional commitments, sometimes your coach/counsellor may not be able to attend your calls. If you drop a message, it will be responded. You can also book sessions for the same to ensure you get undivided attention & time from the counsellor/coach.
6. I live really far away. Can you still be my Coach/Counsellor?
Yes, we have evolved to handle coaching and counselling over online. Unless it is a specific case which needs in person therapy, sessions can be handled online. You can drop a message to us to ensure if the session can be handled online for the given problem.
7. What are the payment terms?
Payments can be made over gpay, upi id or bank transfer. All online sessions to be prepaid for the first session and postpaid for subsequent sessions. Cash payment accepted for in person sessions.
